Management Fee
8%
of rent collected each month
Charged on what actually comes in, not on the property's market rent. If a unit sits vacant, you owe nothing that month; we only get paid when you do.
Tenant Placement Fee
35%
of the first month's rent
A one-time fee when we place a new tenant at a property under our management: marketing, showings and full screening. This applies only to properties already enrolled in management; it is not something we offer as a standalone service.
No Add-On Fees
